I’ll be honest, when it comes to physical beauty I think fit yet slender girls are beautiful, not bulky and yet not a bag of bones lacking any muscle, because it means they take great care of their body and it’s so hard to do. You look at the high fashion models and sure, they’re skinny, but oh my god is that easy to do, you starve, simple, you starve, it’s such a fucking cheat it’s so easy. Models like Miranda Kerr and Candice Swanepoel (pretty much all the VS models) are so mindful of their bodies and what goes into it, and their workouts are so intense that it’s ridiculous to say ” oh wow, she’s so lucky to have that body.” it isn’t luck and it isn’t giving a half-assed effort at working out by burning 100 calories an hour doing yoga three times a week, it’s burning 800+ calories an hour doing high impact cardio and weight training 5-7 times a week, it’s sweating like a pig to look like a fox, it’s eating the proper amount of good shit and a tiny tiny bit of not so great shit every once in a while, it’s eating for energy not for boredom, and yes all of that is brutal and you have to be motivated every day and that is so unbelievably difficult but one small side effect of all of that is looking fantastic and having the energy to get all that shit done and you have to respect the shit out of a girl who can do that every day, no questions asked. That is gorgeous.

And about the media, well I am a female, therefore it’s impossible for me to hold my own perception of beauty. But honestly hey, if you work out or if you don’t work out or if you like wearing lipstick and coloring your hair and wearing 5 inch heels because it makes you feel good, go right ahead, and if you don’t give a shit about shaving your underarms or wearing perfume or coloring your hair or what shoes you have on, that is fantastic as well, one is not a better person than the other, unless of course one of them likes to fingerbang the anus’s of new-born penguins, that is a dick thing to do and you should not do that.
